1930 Scott Sprint Special

Silver medal winning machine from 1930 SCOTTish Six Day Trial with Miss E Sturt; been through a number of hands of Scott collectors since and not offered for sale publicly since 2010

Super history file showing many articles featuring Miss Sturt and WX 4053 in period. A list of over 50 references listed of her exploits with the machine.

Correspondence back to the mid 1960s and lots of more recent information with bills etc. New clutch in 2015 along with new tyres and tubes. The front brake was relined and new petrol taps and hoses etc fitted. Since acquisition in 2013 it has been constantly improved - new rings, base gaskets etc. The cylinders have recently been correctly finished externally and it carries a TT head.

The vendor has used it recently and had it running just before delivering it to us for the sale.

This machine is a real piece of history and a must for any serious early motorcycle enthusiast.
