2004 Jaguar XJ6 SE (X350)
Well appointed
aluminium bodied example with 3.0 V6 engine and just 52,506 miles recorded
supported by 13 service stamps
Supplied new by
Perrys Jaguar of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire in September 2004, this aluminium
bodied X350 series XJ6 comes to us in what looks to be super order with low
mileage and a strong maintenance history.
Finished in an attractive light metallic blue, the car sits upon
its original eight-spoke 18” alloy wheels and boasts a pokey 237bhp 3.0-litre
AJ30 V6 engine driving the rear wheels via six-speed 6HP26 automatic
transmission.
On the inside, it has the
typically luxurious and well appointed cabin seen in all XJ series, this example
featuring tan leather seats with electric adjustment and driver’s memory, front
and rear heated seats, walnut trim, automatic multi-zone climate control with
AC, radio/CD player with boot mounted CD changer, trip computer, automatic
lights, multi-function steering wheel, parking sensors, electric windows,
electric mirrors and acres of comfort and space.
The car shows just 14,496 miles, however, there has been a
documented speedo change by H.A. Fox Jaguar of Leeds in October 2014 at 38,010
miles taking the total mileage to 52,506 miles which is still uncommonly
low for this age model.
The
history file includes the V5C revealing four former keepers to the current (who
has stopped driving due to advancing years), the owner’s pack and service
booklet which records a useful 13 stamps, the last in May 2020 at 12,059 miles
by Markham Garage of Bournemouth.
Furthermore, a second service booklet records another stamp in May 2019
at 9,626 miles plus a few bills for an ABS sensor in August
2020.
Ready to be enjoyed, the car comes with a
couple of old MOT certificates along with the current, valid until May 2023
recording no advisories. Go and
enjoy it!
