Description
On offer from a deceased estate; one owner from new until Aug-23
showing just 73,000 miles; leather and BOSE; 2.0 v-Tec with manual 'box - when
did you last see one?
Supplied new by Chatsworth
Honda of Nottingham in September 1999 for the princely sum of £20,000 including
Vat, 12 months road fund and a few options, this 6th Generation of
Honda Accord was built in Swindon and is finished in Titan Silver and sits on
its original five-spoke alloy wheels.
Under the
bonnet, we find the 2.0 fuel injected F20B6 four-cylinder DOHC 16-valve Vtec
petrol engine that reputedly develops 197bhp and 196NM of torque driving the
front wheels via five-speed manual transmission.
Inside the well-appointed cabin, we find charcoal leather seats
with electric adjustment for the driver, BOSE sound system, digital climate
control with AC (very cold!), electric windows, cruise control, electric
mirrors, digital clock, electric sunroof and walnut trim.
The car shows 73,644 miles which have been covered by one owner
from new until August this year and is on offer as a result of a deceased estate
having been inherited and now offered for sale at No Reserve. It presents well,
feeling very comfortable with its surprising spec and powerplant with but a few
minor marks as pictured commensurate with a 24-year-old
vehicle.
The history file includes the V5C
(showing just one owner), the owner’s pack and service book showing an
impressive 15 stamps inc. PDI, the last in March 2017 at 59,015 miles along with
an old style V5C and original bill of sale as referenced. The current Mot is new, and valid
until August 2024 and recorded just three minor
advisories.
Ready to be enjoyed this is an
uncommon opportunity to bag a low owner, low mileage Accord with the rarer
197bhp engine combined with manual ‘box all at No Reserve.
