Recent nut-and-bolt restoration and in superb condition throughout

As the Heritage Certificate confirms, this Austin Mini Van was built in February 1962 finished in Willow Green with a tan interior. Nothing is known of the early history of the vehicle but the registration number suggests it was first registered in Derbyshire and the V5C records no previous keepers so it was presumably off the road for many years before our vendor acquired it.

Formerly the proprietor of a well-known Mini restoration business in the Midlands, he has spent the last few years painstakingly restoring the van as a project to keep himself busy in his retirement. Although there are no invoices to show exactly what was done, there are various photos showing the work in progress.

Rest assured, it was a total bare shell, nut-and-bolt job by a highly experienced restorer and the results speak for themselves. As good underneath as it is up top, it has been starting promptly and running beautifully as we have moved it around on site. Easily the best Mini Van we have offered, you would be hard pressed to find a better example, let alone at the sensible guide price suggested.
