2006 Honda Legend Executive (4th Gen KB1)

Honda's rare-to-see luxury flagship model boasting AWD 3.5 296bhp 3.5 litre V6, navigation, heated and cooled seats; a technical tour-de-force

Supplied new by Lakeshore Honda of Brighton in September 2006, this 4^th Generation of Honda Legend is actually a comparatively rare sight, although many were sold in the States under the Honda Acura brand, known there as the RL model.

Looking to be in entirely original spec, the car presents well, sat upon its original 17” five-spoke alloy wheels.  Under the bonnet, we find a transversely mounted 3.5 litre V6 J35A engine boasting 24-valves SOHC and VTEC which develops 296Bhp and 347NM of torque driving all four-wheels via five-speed automatic transmission with sequential sportshift.

Inside, we find the typical luxury of Honda’s flagship, with electric heated and cooled leather seats, driver’s seat position memory, navigation and in-car entertainment, digital multi-zone climate control with AC, glass sunroof, wood trim, cruise control, reversing camera, parking sensors, 6CD changer, multi-function steering wheel with lane sensor, voice command, AFS, VSA, automatic lights, electric folding mirrors and automatic wipers.

This odometer shows 101,334 miles which have been covered by just three former keepers and the current of over ten years. The service book has 14 stamps including PDI, all by Honda dealers, with the last 11 all by the same local Honda dealer. The last stamp was in February 2021. In addition, we also find the V5C, couple of recent bills for anti-roll bar links, one old MOT and the current valid until 31st October 2022 with no advisories recorded.

A smart, capable and fast car with rarity and exclusivity on its side and the added bonus of all-wheel drive, it looks mighty appealing at the modest guide price suggested.
