Starts, runs and drives but in need of overhaul/restoration and a new hood - lots of potential, on offer at No Reserve

Dating from January 1976 this rubber bumper Midget 1500 features the 1.5 litre four-cylinder engine which replaced the long-standing A-series predecessor and got the 1500 to 60mph a full second quicker than its 1275cc forebears.

This example looks to have seen better days with some corrosion in evidence as pictured but it started, drove and stopped sufficiently for us to take these images and videos so offers the buyer an opportunity for restoration/overhaul or perhaps as a donor for a kit car. The interior looks intact but the hood will need replacing.

The history file includes only the V5C recording 10 former keepers and is of course now MOT exempt, the last MOT expiring in 2018, showing 14, 712 miles at the time of test in 2017 (recording no advisories) and now shows 15,603 which we assume to be 115,603 miles.
