Supplied new by Gerard Mann Mercedes of Coventry in January 1992 this very late model, late registration Phase 2 (production ceased in October 1991) W126 generation of Mercedes S-Class comes to us in desirable 300SE guise and is finished in lovely Nautic Blue and looks beautifully untouched, retaining its original 15” 15-slot flat-face alloy wheels.

Under the bonnet we find the 188Bhp 3.0-litre six-cylinder M103 petrol engine which is mated here, to optional four-speed automatic transmission with Sport and Economy mode.

Inside the comfortable and spacious cabin, we find mushroom leather trim with manual seat adjustment, walnut trim, four electric windows, electric passenger mirror, cruise control, electric sunroof, heated rear screen, dual zone climate and original Blaupunkt radio/cassette player.

The car shows 92,666 miles and presents beautifully inside and out, and came as no surprise to find the car has been kept as showroom art in various Mercedes dealers showrooms for many years.

The history file includes the V5C revealing just one former owner to the current of six years, the hand book, service book with eight stamps all by the supplying main dealer inc. PDI, period sales brochure, an impressive 18 old MOTs and selection of invoices for parts and works undertaken including the most recent oil change in May 2022 at 92,313 miles.

The current MOT is valid until November 2022 recording no advisories and confirms the car has covered only c.4,000 miles in the last four years.
