Our Vehicle Auction Is Moving To
Brightwells Auction Centre, Stoney Street, Madley, Herefordshire, HR2 9NH
from Monday 26th September
We have decided to relocate the Vehicle Auctions to a larger site, so we can improve our services we offer to you as an important customer. We have recently won a number of national contracts to sell a wide variety of cars, vans and HGV's, so it makes sense to reposition everything to our existing Machinery, HGV/Commercial and MoD auction site at Madley. This site offers around 5 times the operational space than we have at Leominster and will help us accommodate more and better business.
Not only will this give you more choice on offer at one place, but it will enhance the overall value of our offering to you, by saving time, reducing environmental impact and offering more choice.
This move will improve our business for you in the following ways:
- Progressing customer service, as we will develop better viewing capabilities for buyers of sale items, expanded motor preparation areas, 24-hour manned site security, marshalled collection/delivery zones and closer office accommodation to the vehicle storage compound
- Allowing sellers who take part in different types of auctions to deliver their goods to just one location, encouraging full delivery loads, reducing time and saving CO2/energy
- Allowing buyers to purchase in different auctions all from one site, to help with viewing and collections
- Our new location halves travelling times to the nearest motorway (M50 Ross-On-Wye), which we know has been the main issue for customers with our Leominster site over the years
The new address is Brightwells Auction Centre, Stoney Street, Madley, Herefordshire, HR2 9NH. Our hours of business will be Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
Our first auction officially to be held at the new site will be on Tuesday 27 September. We are accepting auction deliveries to our new site now, but we will still also be releasing vehicles to buyers from our Leominster site, by appointment, until that site is cleared.
We will be keeping the same telephone number of 01568 611325, all our current email addresses and the web site www.brightwells.com – nothing changes with those.
